Any city where there is a sub saharan majority, you need to be on high alert. Hell even where they are a minority you should be on high alert. Don't care if the neighborhood is white or not.

If they do get caught, they will probably only get simple battery charges. They should put felony assault charges on these thugs but you know that won't ever happen. Would have been so nice if that guy was carrying and pulled out his gun and took both of those pieces of #$@& out.
