You truly don’t think you will have a confrontation with someone angry about a person with a known positive results walking the streets and another person like the goofball from the video feeling the need to take action? Maybe I have lost faith in our society but I could see it happening

Yeah but the person could claim self defense for defending himself to keep from getting exposed to the positive person, if the person felt like the person that was positive was too close or making aggressive actions at them to expose them.
