Probably. Norton Commons is cool in concept (it’s built like it’s own little “city” with a Main St. America feel) but some of the people that live there are very cult-like.
If you go to their website, you can’t see their HOA documents unless you’re a member but I know you can’t modify anything on your own without explicit permission.

That video doesn't make any sense.
First of all, why was it okay for him to be out and about but not the teenagers? Secondly, why didn't he just walk away? Thirdly, the girl he choked was laying down and he had to shove another girl out of the way to get at her.

How can a man concerned enough to choke a teenager not have a mask on, all the crazies have masks on.
