Idk how people can't tell the difference. Even the most passable trannies still look different. And the reason is there are a lot of physiological differences besides the obvious ones.
The top of the head, the brow, and the jaw line are all shaped differently.
Women have longer muscles and more narrow shoulders, broader pelvic girdle than men. Men have lower body fat which leads to looking more vascular.
Maybe some people just don't pay attention to anything other than tits?

Should be a law that requires anyone who's had a sex change to disclose that info with potential sex partners before engaging in any sexual activities.
