I was trying to be delicate with the sarcasm so as not to upset the people that are a bit sensitive, but at the same time, send them a message that their race baiting is both unwarranted and unwanted.
I actually posted it because I was an Army brat for my entire childhood and one of my Army friends sent this to me. I feel for the young man's family.

This is generally correct.
I wouldn't bet money on this kid completely avoiding an asswhipping throughout the duration of his incarceration, though. In fact, I'm thinking it's a pretty good bet it will happen within his first 6 months.
