How "Unknown" was this assailant? Was he an elderly Caucasian-Hispanic?

In a "coulda been me" fashion.
We really did stay at the Dauphine Orleans last Saturday night. We walked right past that bar around 11pm and thought people around it outside on the street(looked fine inside) were shady as frick.
