Man makes woman pick up her dog’s poop

Her dog pooped in the man’s yard and she kept walking. The man said your not going to pick that up? Her only response was I don’t have a bag lol. Man wasn’t having none of that and made that bitch pick it up with her hand. frick people who walk their dogs and don’t have a bag.

For several years we didn't have a dog but every time I mowed my front yard had turds in it.
Even found some in the back and it's fenced in, guess one of my neighbors threw them over the fence.

Not in Alabama they don’t, property owner pays taxes to the center of the road.
New York City just passed an amendment where the property owners had to pay for liability insurance for people walking on the sidewalk in front of their houses or businesses.
