The reality is that his wife is who he should be frustrated with.
That said, I'm also afraid for the wife's safety. OP seems like he is sensitive, lacks emotional intelligence, and has questionable impulse control.
OP, my advice is to calm down and take this as a lesson learned to be careful what you post. Keep a few degrees of separation between your personal life and your posting on message boards.

BUT I also think having an online persona that my spouse knows nothing about that talks about said spouse is also insane. (And would upset them and/or hurt their feelings) I think significantly more of my spouse than to do that.
