I was just clarifying as there is a difference from the bicep muscle and bicep tendon. Additionally, the information was posted by the guy in the video linked in the op which is likely more accurate than a GMA report.

I'm sure that doing a muscle-up from a dead-hang on a moving object is pretty difficult for an advanced athlete, nonetheless an average guy like this.
