It's learned behavior. In 99.9% of instances, it will be passed down from the natural born parents and they will act like they've seen in their house. In your case, since you adopted her, she probably won't be a destructive ghetto hood rat. Unless you happen to be.

Maybe. But blacks, far and away, are massively- per capita- more likely to be ghetto hood rats than any other demographic in the US population. They are so overrepresented that whenever there's an incident like this, most people visualize a black person. And they're usually right.
