Man Cave slash Fan Cave, what yall spend on it?
Pics cool too.
My wife (pics online already) is about to spend 7k on the house for shite for her, next project will be shite for me (or so I think).

I have a full unfinished walkout daylight basement so plenty of space and there’s going to be work to just finish the space, but beyond that we’re talking what... a big tv, some loungy furniture from rooms to go, some UGA memorabilia off ebay, I figure well under 5k not including basic finishing of carpet and drywall and hvac and some fixtures etc.

Why not you buy your own house and have a separate room for every facet of your personality

Lowest end, imo. You get decent furniture and tv you're already almost there. And that's not OT baller talk furniture I just expensive unless you buy Ikea crap.
