In each court, he reportedly missed court dates and had a bench warrant out in both parishes.

This guy seems like a real loser.
Also, I'm glad that my 20's were when they were and not today. If I was a young man, I'd have video and paper documentation before getting sexually involved with someone. I've heard some real horror stories about one night stands in which there was some regret and storytelling the next morning.
In this specific case, it doesn't look great for the accused.

i'm not sure why you are coming at me so aggressively. a guy posted a picture of a white guy that i assumed was him. someone else posted a mudshark comment that i assumed hadnt read the thread and seen the picture. someone else said it wasnt the right picture, so i deleted my comment. what;s the problem
