As I said on page 1, does anyone else find it at all odd that she can clearly recall all aspects that support the rape charge but can't remember anything else?
Remembers the exact type and number of drinks? Hell, I lose count after the third beer. Remembers being sick, remembers her friends, remembers telling him no. Can't remember anything else. Weird. What about the lead up to sex? What was said? Was there any consensual contact? Etc.
I'm not convinced it's rape, but I think it could have been rape. That's all I can really say.

I've seen plenty of guys rally after puking but generally when a girl started puking it was because she was done for the night.

we are on the same page.
I was raped by a gf...she was sober I was on acid...told her no and she proceeded to dry hump me til I had a blister on it. I doubt the police/DA would have done anything but laugh at me

I would love to know why the DA would pursue this case. Knowing the family I am sure some of them were in similar situations in college.
