Man arrested for feeding goat cocaine & whiskey.

Palomares-Guzman was seen on the video holding the goat back by its horns while an unidentified man inserted cocaine into the goat’s nostril, a department release said. Palomares-Guzman then forced the goat’s mouth open so the second man could pour whiskey down its throat, the release said. A third man is also seen in the video, but he does not appear to do anything to the goat.
