The same. That’s why the sentence is so light - he was a minor when he did this so he was charged/sentenced like a minor.

How is that possible? That should be overturned and a stronger immediate sentence by a higher court. No one judge should have the ability to accept a plea that low.

Notice that this happened in Minnesota. Where I live the guy would have had been beaten half to death by the families of the victims.

Just throwing it out there that a third offense DUI is an automatic 1 year sentence. And a felony on your record.
Not causing harm to anyone while driving under the influence, just getting pulled over for it.
Yet raping pre-pubescent children only warrants a 6 month sentence.
That's a misdemeanor max sentence.
The courts basically said that this was a misdemeanor.
Our justice system needs an overhaul.
