Yeah, Loniel Rainey is pretty much a joke, though I will give him cred for capitalizing on the tea party fever to benefit his wallet.
But also, Baton Rouge elected officials are for shite. Their attitude of "screw you, our crap public school system deserves your backing" is pretty lame and childish.
