Yep.
If I ever have a son this article will be topic #1 before he goes to college. It's not worth ruining your life to get some.
I've got a son who has three years of high school left. Every time I see one of these stories I feel bad for him and the minefield he will face at college as a young white male. He will have his gender and his race working against him. In the uber-liberal college groupthink that's so prevalent now, my son will "literally be Hiter" in the leftists eyes. And they run the show now at almost all colleges.

The only bad shite that happened here is that the school fricked up by taking her seriously, and that he didn't report getting sexually assaulted to the actual police.
What guy would have the forethought to think "You know I got a drunken blowjob from some rando last night. Maybe I should report that as sexual assault to the police in case she tries to say I sexually assaulted her with my whiskey dick"?

The fricked up part is that he might not have been expelled for doing so. In fact he would have had a pretty good case. If nothing else it would deter this bullshite from continuing.

If he would've said no, she probably would've claimed rape anyway

Guy was probably dressed provocatively. Pretty much asking for it

Title IX is a plague on this country. I can't imagine why anyone thought it would be a good idea.

And all that while they scream about women being equal. So which is it?
1. Women are equal and no different than men.
or
2. Women are delicate flowers who need special protection from men.
its got to be either 1or 2. But it can't be both.
They want to have their cake, eat it, and frick the baker too... provided the non-binding double-consent papers are signed with a notary and recorded in triplicate at the courthouse first.

Yep, there's really no way to win in this situation unless you get married. These universities need to realize that allowing premarital sex just isn't worth it.

Yeah, they probably would've said she was too drunk to understand what that meant and he should've known that.

You're right. You can't apply logic to liberal thinking. I posted about this very thing in the thread about Marines going to coed boot camp.

She then headed to a different bedroom, removed her shirt, and initiated oral sex on a third person. She spent the night there, and went home in the morning:
John Doe sent Jane Doe a text at 3:00 a.m. to ask if she got home safely, and she responded in the affirmative and added "all good, babe." In fact, she did not go home but was instead at the annex of the fraternity house across the street engaged in sexual activity with a fraternity member.
None of this happened. She gave him head in the car, then went home with him, where she claimed he (same guy) sexually assaulted her.
Actual Story

Geez. I'm glad I graduated college years ago. Females these days want to be sluts in the moment, then blame the guy for it the next morning.
They're actually being encouraged to do it, which is even worse. If a female makes bad decisions, and regrets them the next day, she can claim sexual assault and it will be upheld if she was over the legal limit at the time EVEN IF SHE CONSENTED.
It's fricking insane.

And drunk signatures don't count, and you can't tape her giving consent either

WEDNESDAY'S LUNCH SPECIAL
Grilled Crow
This article paints a totally different picture of the incident.
Also, the guy and his father have a beef that his son wasn't provide ada accommodations because he wants legal crystal meth.
Well, fellas...we have our two sides.

I think I've heard some definitions include if a girl thinks she thought "no" and didn't even say it during the event, then it's considered a sexual assault by the man despite he wasn't aware that she might be having second thoughts.

I don't get it. Even if she had not admitted to initiating the oral sex, shouldn't they have to prove that he "assaulted" her in order to expel him?

So because your article doesn't mention her second romp in another fraternity house it didn't happen?
