I've got a son who has three years of high school left. Every time I see one of these stories I feel bad for him and the minefield he will face at college as a young white male. And they run the show now at almost all colleges.

The fricked up part is that he might not have been expelled for doing so. In fact he would have had a pretty good case. If nothing else it would deter this bullshite from continuing.

Yep, there's really no way to win in this situation unless you get married. These universities need to realize that allowing premarital sex just isn't worth it.

I think I've heard some definitions include if a girl thinks she thought "no" and didn't even say it during the event, then it's considered a sexual assault by the man despite he wasn't aware that she might be having second thoughts.

I don't get it. Even if she had not admitted to initiating the oral sex, shouldn't they have to prove that he "assaulted" her in order to expel him?
