None of this happened. She gave him head in the car, then went home with him, where she claimed he (same guy) sexually assaulted her.

Actual Story
Nothing in your "Actual Story" link shows me that none of that happened.

good reasoning to not attend college

Yep, its why I didn't go. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have a homely but submissive wife, 3 kids, and a decent assistant manager job at Arby's.

We miss out on the luxuries of life, like dental care. But we get by.

This article paints a totally different picture of the incident.

Also, the guy and his father have a beef that his son wasn't provide ada accommodations because he wants legal crystal meth.

Well, fellas...we have our two sides.

It's also missing a number of key details the first lays out.

Her getting served fictitious liquor, her not stumbling home, her getting sloppy seconds at another fraternity house after getting "assaulted" then texting her assailant that she got home ok...

Totally believeable...

I don't think you understand the article. She pressed charges for assault.

This kind of thing is directly linked to the Obama administrations hamstringing public universities into increasing Title IX Inquisitions.. er.. "Rules" to prevent the made up statistics of sexual assault on campuses.

Or when it was deemed under the Clinton administration that Oral Sex wasn't sex.

This encounter soon came to an end—John was too incapacitated to maintain an erection—and the pair ventured into the house. At this point, their accounts are hazy, confused, and contradictory. John remembered passing out in his bed and Jane telling him she was leaving. Jane remembered collapsing into a bean bag chair and waking up to discover John on top of her, wearing a condom. Her pants were pulled down. She claimed she told him to stop, he did, and she left. (Whether this actually happened is in serious dispute.)

But Jane did not go straight home. She went to another fraternity house, uninvited, and climbed into bed with an unsuspecting person. She "jumped on top of him," and he told her to leave, according to the lawsuit.

She then headed to a different bedroom, removed her shirt, and initiated oral sex on a third person. She spent the night there, and went home in the morning:

John Doe sent Jane Doe a text at 3:00 a.m. to ask if she got home safely, and she responded in the affirmative and added "all good, babe." In fact, she did not go home but was instead at the annex of the fraternity house across the street engaged in sexual activity with a fraternity member.

You never want to say this because a lot of times the guy is a POS in these situations. But the guy will always be at a disadvantage in these cases. Even if he didn't do anything he will be guilty until proven innocent. It sucks but it just shows that you have to be careful.

Sadly this is no unusual.

I know of a case where the woman had sex on top of the male, then claimed nonconsensual.

Yup. But that's not the reason for his lawsuit. The lawsuit is because he tried to file a sexual assault charge against her and the school declined to investigate because it was in "retaliation" to the original BS complaint.

The whiskey dick should've been her first clue.

Got to love liberal progressive thinking.

Man and woman both get shite faced drunk. Being drunk means the woman cannot be responsible for her actions. But the guy on the other hand is 100% responsible for his actions; or in this case he's being held responsible for her actions. How the hell does that make a lick of sense??

And all that while they scream about women being equal. So which is it?

1. Women are equal and no different than men.
or
2. Women are delicate flowers who need special protection from men.

its got to be either 1or 2. But it can't be both.

My friend, you are seeking logic where none exists.

Just imagine for a split second if a guy accused of rape said that. The trial would end immediately.

Can he still do that now? Sounds like the facts of the case are clear and her actions fit the legal definition of sexual assault.
