That's not what I was suggesting. I was suggesting that guys who regularly white knight around here about how men should never hit women will be strangely more lenient in this instance because the woman is black and seems like a trash ball.

Typically both should be cited for battery and let the judge and DA make final determination on how to proceed.

Without even reading any further than the thread title I would be willing to bet what actually happened is the junior thug child attempted to shop lift and when caught and confronted the person who birthed the junior thug intervened and began verbally and likely physically abusing the shop owner because (lets face it, no one disciplines a minority youth not even the ones responsible for parenting them.)
Anyway Shop owner decides to not take abuse from out of control privileged minority and folds her teeth back for her efforts.
