Male/female door holding etiquette

When you’re walking stride for stride with a female and heading for the door, do you:
A)Slow down and allow her to go first
B)speed up so you can open the door for her
C)frick it and just piihb

What if the door opens away from you. So you have to push to open. Is this a game changer?

If I’m stride by stride there’s no need to speed up; I’ll match their speed.
So I’d say A, but even then it’s not like I’m slowing down a lot. That said I always open the door
