Putin is a badass. Some of us just respect a badass when we see one. It doesn't mean we agree with his politics or support him. It's just refreshing to see a leader who actually loves his country and looks out for its best interests. It's quite a contrast compared to President Mom-jeans Obama.

You left out the part where they were shocked that they shot down a civilian jet.
There was an intention to shoot down planes, but no intention to shoot down civilian planes. That in no way means that this is less tragic and it in no way means that something should not be done. However, it also does not mean that we need US military intervention.

Did anyone see that 60 Minutes about the US basically quadrupling our forces in the Arctic Circle? Basically Russia just claims all/most of it and its resources, so there is a tense standoff up there.
That is a 3 front war. Ukraine/Gaza/Arctic. Tensions are building/coming to a head in all 3.
What would a war look like between two modern countries these days? Scary as shite.

Name one thing he's done that's in America's best interest. He's getting sued by Republicans for trying to destroy the country.
