Speaking of Antonovs, we had an Antonov An-124 take off over the house the other day. It was probably the loudest thing I've ever heard. Crazy power.

ABC News: Obama and Putin were on the phone this AM. Russian gov is making it sound like during the conversation Putin informed Obama of the plane going down. White House is making it sound like they were on the phone but not confirming that Putin first informed him about the plane.

The dialogue on this Russian news ranges from people claiming the Russians mistakenly shot it down, thinking it was another Ukrainian cargo plane, to people saying the Ukrainians/Americans shot it down to frame the Russians.
