No dude. He's a greeter at Magic Kingdom, I know this because I met him there last October.
True story, me and the family were leaving the park one night and there he was, standing in the middle of the street greeting people. I recognized him and saw his name tag and where he was from, knew right away who it was. I started talking to him and introduced him to my wife and kids.
Really nice guy by the way.
