As for the firing, I am on the fence. Her actions showed poor judgement and a lack of self-control. I would not hire someone that had shown a lack of either so my gut instinct would be to fire someone for a clear demonstration of the lack of both.
But if I spin it this way and think if I'm a hiring manager and she applies for a position that reports to me, and I know she's the woman in the video who put her hands on another woman and tried to take her phone, qualifications be damned, she's not getting an interview with me for the reasons you stated above. So if I wouldn't want her working for me, I guess it's tough to complain about the company she currently works for not wanting her either.

As someone who loves a good melee I enjoyed watching, but I am confused. The security guard fricked that woman up with one punch. It seems like the woman put her hands on the security guard and I always assumed that you don't ever put your hands on a security guard, but of course I don't know what happened before.
But man, that shite escalated when the security guard was brought to the police. You just see pepper spray going everywhere.
Either way, it doesn't matter what is being protested, there is always some interesting people who protest.

Because I think it’s more of a protest to verify the election. There is known fraud and no one is doing anything about it.
Which I’m not really sure why anyone is surprised bc there’s been fraud for years - and no one has done anything about it
