You just inferred having sex with just “normal drunk” women is cool so you sound a bit rapey as well

Legal rape you mean. That’s what that is as well

Brother... how can you not realize that some women can give consent when they are "legally" drunk. The women that have to be asked more than once are not capable of given consent. I feel like that is black and white.

Where exactly are you getting this from?

It’s not like she said no and they pressured her into it. She said yes every time they asked. She wanted to frick. I seriously doubt the alcohol played much part in whether or not she hopped on a dick that night.

You blamed alcohol, and it wasnt. It was her choice to get blindly drunk at a club.

You can absolutely think these boys should be prosecuted while understanding she contributed to her own problems.

I didnt realize I did that but I agree completely and thats exactly how I feel about the matter. My problem is with the people defending the guys actions when they had to ask multiple times for consent and knew she was wayyyy too drunk to even consent.

In a voluntary interview with detectives, Carver allegedly admitted that Brooks was “very unstable on her feet” when leaving Reggie’s and was “unable to speak without slurring her words.” When Carver asked Brooks for her address, he said that she “fell over and could not answer him,” according to the affidavit.

In this thread I haven’t seen that

I see people pretty much 100% saying the guys are shitty human beings

Some just seem to question on whether or not it was rape.

fricking simps and nerds.

They were predators and targeted her. There is nothing redeemable about their acts.

If you feel that way then why have you fought tooth and nail to defend these guys legally over and over again in this thread?

So nothing about her losing consciousness. I don’t think I had misses that

But yes, as I have said before, Carvers original testimony is the silver bulllet for the prosecution.

I have said over and over again I think these guys legally are guilty

Didn’t stop you from saying I love rapists though

You just said a few pages ago that rapists don't usually ask for consent, so after that comment I thought it was clear you were on the side of the rapists. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

That's a powerful statement and may be the very thing that convicts these guys.

It’s why overcharging Carver was absolutely braindead by the DA

They could have coasted to the finish line with him as a witness against the others. But now they have made him hostile potentially towards the state
