Walked 4.26 miles today- trying to break my couch potato habit.
Cute munchkins! Throw them in a pool somewhere to play- or set up a sprinkler if you’re poor like me.
Edited to ask, is the kid on the right playing with a fly swatter?

lunch was a gruyere grilled cheese on homemade sourdough bread. dessert was a lacey’s dark chocolate cookie

I was able to get an 8 mile e-ride in b4 rain and I rode like the breeze.
Top speed: 32.4 mph
Reckless mishaps: none
Top song on me shuffle: 3waytie—needles & pins, congratulations & holiday—-and yes i where ear pods to distract me
