Agreed! I thought that word was more 'slangy' than a real word. Last week or two has been solid words, a 19yr old intern musta come up with today's.

Someone found a brand new one of these in the shed.

LINK

Boss wants to throw it away because we don’t have a use for it. I asked to take it home but he didn’t like that idea either.

Backyard Oasis tips

I am about to invest some money in my backyard. I need to do something to prevent soil erosion, but all the lawn people I am talking to say it'll be too difficult for me to get a nice lawn because of the gigantic trees I have. So now I'm going to have to look into other options and landscaping. Thinking a fire pit area. Hmm.

I want to rent a huge dumpster and do a massive clean out of all the crap in the attic and garage.

It's amazing how fast some of this crap accumulates. I have already asked myself a couple dozen times, What is this or what the heck did I save this for?

I spray my backyard once a month with Bifen to kill mosquitoes. Works like a charm.

I have these all around the yard (near roof line so hounds can get at em).

This one is probably store bought but you can make them for basically free with wood scraps from other carpentry jobs you do on your house.

Several thoughts (assuming you own and do not rent)

Thin your trees in the fall. If it is dead or shows no leaves from last season thin out and remove them. You can do you own work for the first 8 to 12 feet from the ground up. The higher you go up, better to rely on a professional.

Use mulch rings the right way and dig down and keep ground level after that. Over time too much mulch means mulch mounds where the root ball grows up not down and the longer it goes and the bigger the mound seems more likely to fall over in high wind or heavy rain.

Once you know you grange sunlight status us rocks and ground cover to turn the hard to grow grass areas to eye pleasing textures and patterns.
