I’m back home for this week and most of next week. After that I’ve got a conference in Montgomery for a couple of days then back down to the gulf coast for another week. Looks like for the foreseeable future I’ll be splitting time between down there and home a week st a time.

The weekends are my "cheat" days too. Granted, I have never been north of 190 lbs. Recently, my "cheats" have been trying to knock off a few restaurants on my New Orleans spreadsheet recently.
