He was so excited when he got back to the dugout he was jumping up and down so high he hit his head on a ceiling joist that made the whole structure shake. He never even noticed.

I was telling someone on another board I'm a recluse. I don't talk to people unless it's work related: an interview on the phone or at games.

Earlier this month, I covered a doubleheader on Saturday at the Cajuns' stadium, a Sunday game in town and two games in Sulphur on Tuesday.
That wore me down.
