went to ruth chris once with my bro and some other dudes. we had been drinking and carousing...by bro says to me, "hey lil bro lets share a porterhouse" i said "sure"...after all, he was paying.
anywho, he basically orders it uncooked and they bring out this huge hunk of almost raw meat. it was actually pretty dad burn tasty, but i like my meat cooked a lil.
