It's part of his passive aggressive behavior. He obviously is tying create tension with you but in a manner that makes it look like he's "just asking a question"

I’m all for moving it away from Santa Anita. The internal fighting at stronach has led to this whole thing being handled incorrectly from both a pr AND a horse welfare point of view. Now every paper in the country picks up in any injury and death. I hate it, but it happens. Happens in the Wild too. Happens to well loved pet ponies in a field...

I guess in fairness, if we're going to celebrate the ones you perhaps have gotten right, maybe we should at least make mention of the ones you may not have right.
