I had a grouper sammy, with fries, from Hat tricks in Tampa. This is not it, but looked similar.

Their staff are farmers, or outstanding in their field.

The Aldi on Siegen Lane looked like it was full of insurance salvaged food when we went. The place was wrecked. Strolled every aisle and then left.

No thanks if that is the pig sty they run.

When mini AS isn't here I cook very little. My freezer is well stocked with frozen teriyaki chicken, mesquite chicken, salmon filets, thai chicken, and veggies I can air fry and serve with either couscous, quinoa, or rice for my meal prep. Takes me about 30-45 minutes every Sunday and Wednesday night to meal prep my lunches and dinners. The last couple days have just required some site visits and having to go rogue, but I'll get multiple meals out of this one, unlike my poke beauxl from yesterday, so it works.

I'm just doing maintenance atm while I decide what runs I'm going to do this summer. I've debated going for a cut and limiting myself to 5 and 10k's in the event my new lady friend wants to do any beaches or anything this summer. If I can get by without needing a shite ton of carbs like I would for some halfs. I feel like I could get back down to 8-9% (where I visibly show a hard cut) from the 12-14% I'm hovering at now without having to go too over the top with the cut.

Been there. The first time I cut hard I did not have enough muscle mass to make it work. Though I got less ethiopian and more make a wish kid.

What do they say twice the time to lose that it took to gain? But if it's just been that amount of time then sleep, gym, diet, and cardio will have you there sooner rather than later.
