And in regards to buddies, he simply would not let them go, no matter how bad they were. See Bradley Dale Peveto. We had worst special teams in the country, coached by his pal, and he wouldn't let him go.

Ummmmmmm.....he was FIRED......by Ed Orgeron the day he was hired. It was his first big announcement. BDP didn't leave anywhere. Les never let him go as Special Teams coordinator.

Exactly. Les Miles would continually invite him back, despite his being a horrible coach and failing everywhere he went. Why? He was buds with Les. Les couldn't fire a bud. Ever.
