Not sure if Inappropriate to share, but my SO went through the procedure twice to have some eggs stored in the case I take too long.

Fortunate enough to have SF based health care that paid a significant portion

Friend of mine (she is my age) was an fresh egg donor when she was a resident.

You know a couple saw her profile and immediately picked her. She's young, good looking with blonde hair and blue eyes and a doctor. That's like striking gold for egg donors.

See, society has lied to women lately. Making us think we have all the time in the world to become a mom. Her freezing her eggs is actually a very smart thing to do.

You can't fight basic biology. And biology states that a woman's egg quality starts going to shite at 35 and just gets worse by the year. For example..a woman my age...70% of my eggs won't be of a quality to ever result in a normal pregnancy.

yea luckily being in DC has helped as our health insurance covered a lot of stuff and saved us thousands
