I ate Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs out of a can for lunch today. I don't know if it's because I'm still hungry, but that looks delicious. I'm trying to think of quick stuff for one I can cook when I get home from work. That might be tried next week.

80/20 is usually on sale at my local kroger so i typically have 2-3 lbs in the fridge at any time

i cook almost all the food i eat these days so it's a great thing to have to make a ton of quick dishes. i primarily do taco meat if i have time or a couple burgers. i have to have that stuff ready for me to eat or i'll stray

Hey it's all cool with me. Post all you want . Just asked a question. You seem a little insecure about me asking your post count . Well that would explain why there is so many.

Well, I've always had people living here, so my entire adult life has been cooking for a group of people. Seriously, I'm clueless on cooking one person dishes. I will just eat a sandwich. But now, I have to figure something out. I'm not big on freezing portions and heating them up, though I might need to get that way. But I like simple ground meat dishes. I can make a pound of ground meat into taco meat, and eat that for a couple of days, if I can figure out different ways to eat it.

Fresh never refrigerated watermelon.
Press chunks through collander.
Pour juice over a glass of ice & Tito's.
Stir.

Juice Diet Lunches are awesome.

i don't do this often b/c i make leftovers a lot to have food around

just like make a mental list of stuff you can make and do 1-2 meals out of

ground meat is so versatile. you can do burgers (and cook up to 3-4 meals easily), spaghetti (another 3-4 easy meals), taco shite, hamburger helper, etc.

i always load up on steaks when they're on sale

i do various chicken/pork chop dishes, if that's what's on sale

when it gets cooler i may start smoking meat again. you can make a frick ton of meals for cheap with that

Caught some nice specks in Leeville on Friday and fried some up for lunch today

Got my arse ate up by a swarm of ground hornets as I went over their hole on the bushhog this morning. Must have about 20 stings.
