Jake, made that last night. FYI, the following night, I heat up the taco meat and eat it over a salad, with shredded cheese, carrots, and Catalina dressing and saltine crackers. Sounds weird, but it's the bomb. Kinda switches things up so you don't feel like you're eating leftovers.

I do a pound, get a meal, a salad, and nacho toppings out of it. I'm burnt out at that point.
