The court announced Monday that it won't review a May appellate ruling that LSU can't claim immunity from a lawsuit filed by Stephen and Rae Ann Gruver, whose son Maxwell Gruver died after a Phi Delta Theta fraternity party in 2017, The Advocate reported.

LOL...why downvote. I just saw the story and posted it as an FYI.

Oh yeah, frick you. LSU as an institution is a total shite show. The flagship is much like the state: floundering, fumbling, bumbling, stumbling.

Supreme Court has bigger fish to fry right now, restoring our election integrity.

The whole administration of LSU is fricked up and it reflects with what is going on with the football team and the sexual harassment claims.

LSU has been and was a mess long before JBE came on the scene.

I believe it was Jindal who gutted the LSU budget. In fact, Jindal gutted the entire state.

I hate when people fricking say this

#1 you don’t know who the hell I voted for

#2 I didn’t vote for JBE - so I did not ‘vote him in’

I know you weren’t talking to me. But it has been said enough to where it’s quite trite. And I was talking to you.

Louisiana does struggle as a state with no hope of improvement, its long been shown that it doesn’t matter who is voted in.

What was the point of calling me a ‘noob’? I didn’t have a life nor knew how to read before I joined TD?
