Right especially when there are no instructions of where to submit your papers.
It's one thing to issue directives to get a vaccine or test.
It's another thing to say were the papers need to be submitted. LSU has not done this.
LSU needs to close the loop.

Eh I think the LSU Admin knows this was the only way to keep everyone marginally happy and not lose tons of donor gifts.

Well first off, it’s discriminatory against those who choose to not take the experimental “vaccine.” Also, hasn’t it been pretty well proven that vaccinated people can spread the virus as well? If you test one, should test all.
