LSU to hold class on 2 Saturdays to make up for days missed

% of professors who actually hold class those days? I know LSU legally has to say they will make up those days but you know damn well most professors don't want to hold class on Sat. just like students don't want to go.

University of Louisiana didn't close for the cold weather so they don't have to make up days. You can't close just because it's cold when you're the flagship

Well Monroe is more used to icy conditions, being in north la. I wouldn't hold that against LSU.

They did that when Gustav knocked LSU out for a week in 2008. I went on a Saturday and my class of 300 people had like 15 there.

I had 2 classes required for ky major that only met on Saturdays because the professor was from another school. Best classes I ever had, because they were almost always in the field. Very little class/lab time.
