I'm getting a slight chuckle out of the thought that they're cancelling classes because of a severe pandemic but it takes effect after tomorrow.
It's an imminent threat but we think we can squeeze one more class day out before it gets here. We'll roll the dice that it won't be one day too late.

If they cancel my son’s graduation in May I’m going to be pissed. I have no idea how some of his classes will happen online considering several are hands on dissecting anatomy labs.

We've had to work through floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. I expected nothing less.

Has LSU or BR had a confirmed case of this yet?
I am hoping they include some hygiene, disinfectant, and temp checking help for students that can't leave yet. Dorms, parties, going out to bars in groups and around large crowds, smoking whatever & sharing it, and so on is where I expected many cases to get transmitted which still seems very possible. Hang over or Corona? Will they know before passing it on?
Best part of plan may be the online part after Spring Break allowing time to make sure it wasn't caught during vacation before gathering in classes again.
