In addition to all the chaos in/around 'unity field'... law enforcement that is supposed to 'control' Highland/So Stadium intersection, has been unable to 'hanle/stop' all the back and forth foot traffic to the point that very few vehicles are able to access the campus/parking spots...sometimes the wait is longer than 20 minutes ! They are either unable or unwilling to 'control' the mass of canadians going back and forth across the intersection !!
