The article doesn't say whether there was a restraining order in place.

If there was a domestic stay away order in effect, the burden is on the person who has the stay away order effected against him to abide by it. A judge would likely find that he was in violation of the order by letting her in his dorm room. Again, assuming an order was in effect.

Don't care to read. Making a statement on how she split her head as posted. If she had trouble with him, and still went visit him, then I can understand how a fumbass like him would take that as her wanting him in her life.
If he did anything illegal, I don't support it. I also don't support her visiting him then wondering why she's hurt......if she already had turned him in for stalking.
Lafayette just had a case get dismissed because the guy claimed the woman was bat shite crazy (and she kinda is) and he was able to get a restraining order in place. Later he had her arrested for violating such order.......only for the woman to be able to produce over 124 text messages from him in 3 day period.
Get it? They are BOTH crazy as frick and the restraining order was a tool of control....not safety.
