I can only imagine what this loon defines as "hate speech". I think its a great idea because it allows the students to get dropped vs. enduring her bullshite for a whole semester only to get a shitty grade because she doesn't like their politics.
Constitutional lawyers, I assume LSU meets the definition of a state actor? If so, I hope the school gets the shite sued out of them because I doubt they will fire her.

Unless someone uses verbiage that is blatantly and overtly racist beyond a reasonable persons doubt, then this is far too subjective a proposal for one individual to enforce. Especially since this professor has different moral, ethical, value system they acquired from their upbringing/environment.

Is she an active member of the Gotcha Gestapo? Is Professor Schindler going to take in her outcastes? I would assume that a public university has a set of criteria that does not allow for discrimination. Am I wrong?

Exactly. This is telling of where we are though. Churches aren’t allowed to gather, meanwhile Home Depot, Walmart, and other stores are allowed to be open, and rioters are allowed to destroy. Oh, and any speech that doesn’t coincide with the decided narrative (China flu, all lives matter... etc) shall be punished. All on the basis of it being hate speech?

I’m not a “I hate social media” person but it’s getting to the point where I’m about to get rid of all of it. It’s not worth it anymore
