Damn she just removed the tweet...

I called it...

I predict that her tweet will be removed from her Twitter page before the sun rises again.

I’m sure some of you kept a screen shot so when kids start getting dropped from class sans explanation, proof of her plan exists

Who's going to sue? Has anyone already been affected outside of "pain and suffering"? Has LSU already committed to backing her and/or denying admission to anyone? Just want to know. OT law experts?

FWIW I hope they do. It is the same medicine.

Ask this artist who is also an appointed member of the Baton Rouge Law Enforcement Advisory Board. He was appointed by Mayor Sharon Broome.

She can never give a bad grade to a white or conservative student.

I'm actually okay with LSU saying they are concerned for his safety and rescinding his admission. While I don't necessarily agree, I do understand.

LSU claiming it was for safety reasons is them trying to cover their arse from a first amendment lawsuit by saying it wasn't his speech, but for his safety they removed him. It's a bullshite excuse.

Well, I've not found evidence the police officer in Minneapolis acted out of racism in his actions with Mr. Floyd, so I guess this means, you really don't need any proof of racism to be called racist, and therefore kicked out of school classrooms.

I've done labor and employment law work for a number of colleges. It never ceases to amaze me that the same group that demands "academic freedom" and their right to speak will often be so cavalier about everyone else's right to speak freely.

I'm no law expert, but being that another professor was in agreement and threatened the same action then that might constitute conspiracy against rights.

Still need standing to sue, i.e. someone personally impacted by illegal activity. To this point, it's just a discussion about conducting illegal activity.

It’s very easy to create a fake social media account with someone else’s picture. I wish someone would create a twitter as her.

I hope my kids become underwater welders and never have to set foot in a university.

The wife has an uncle who was an underwater (Hardhat) welder. He worked on stuff all over the world and drove a Shelby Cobra when he was home (Mobile). One could do a lot worse in life. I think he got started in the Navy.

The modern left has only one goal these days and that's power. They want to control if you can provide for yourself or not so they make examples of people so everyone can see the power they have and it makes everyone scared to speak up. These people are tyrants who destroy people in the name of tolerance and safety.

Did yall notice William Doerrler's reply??? He's an LSU professor also.

He stated

quote:

Thank you!! If he enrolls in my class I’ll drop him too!

Per his twitter...

I'm part of the LSU faculty in Biological Sciences. My research looks at a type of protein required by certain bacteria to become resistant to antibiotics.
