The frick? That’s not hazing. Hazing is making them do stupid/dangerous/embarrassing stuff.
That stuff listed is just making them assimilate into the group and basic initiation. I mean frick I’m a Rotarian and we have a motto to remember plus expected to dress nice and do certain things including not miss many meetings. It’s called being a member of a private club/organization
