Oh, I’m glad they have another location! I always thought it was a waste for the original to have closed. They ran a great business.

This place used to be packed after home games with live bands. Is it still open?

Inga’s on Chimes was still open pre-COVID. Not sure now.

Is it closed permanently or just until COVID blows over? I have to imagine during school the chimes street location does much better than The bright side Location

Guys, sorry for the Inga’s confusion. I don’t live there anymore and last I drove by I didn’t recall seeing it. I’m wrong.

Chimes St looks so different now. Inga’s blends in big time & is easy to miss.

Sorry

Evil thing, it really does. That whole part of campus is unrecognizable. I think I lived in the venue the first year it was open, so I only remember that area as it was in 2005-2009.

I also got my hair cut/highlights once at a place called Utopia Salon on chimes. They charged me $200 and it was then I decided I would go back home for that kind of stuff.

No. I live in Little Rock now. I miss BR and my people. Except I don’t miss the traffic and heat. It’s weird how you consider your home where you really “grew up.” And for that reason, Baton Rouge is where I call home. I’ll move back eventually.
