Enforce anti-loitering laws, public intoxication, open container laws, loud music laws, etc to curb large gathering of YNs. While enforcing these laws do pat downs for weapons and drugs and lock their asses up. Basically an old fashion “street sweep.”
If we have to incarcerate 30% of the YNs, so be it. At least they won’t be on the streets committing crimes and creating babies that will just repeat this cycle.

I emailed my state legislators and requested national guard presence in that area for home games moving forward.
Will anything happen? Who knows. But the status quo is completely unacceptable.

I lived in the heart of that area next to Canes for 4 years in the mid to late 90’s. It was the era that Vicaro St (current Jack in the Box) was home to vagrants/homeless and was full of squatters that would come in at Winter. Was always sketchy as shite.
That said…the last 2 home games that area is worse than those times ever were.
Only a matter of time until an innocent family gets hurt from random violence bleeding over. If LSU and State Police don’t get a handle on it then it’s inevitable.

This is what has to be done but never will because Democrats would burn the nation down before they allow this issue to be fixed.
We have nowhere near enough people incarcerated in this country. It should probably be double what it is now.

This is eventually going to destroy LSU as a whole.
People stop going to games because its unsafe and eventually people will stop caring about athletics.
