No white man wit privilege should be allowed to speak at law school commencement.
I see our comrade is doing work.

Odds on LSU administrators caving to the SJWs and getting someone else?

If it’s F. King Alexander’s decision? 100%
If it’s Dean Galligan’s very very low.

Ok

the speaker chosen for the commencement ceremony has proudly flaunted his anti-inclusion views and supported divisive legislation. What stands out most about Congressman Steve Scalise is his insolent attendance of, and participation in, white supremacist events during his campaign
Oh so they don't really want an apolitical speaker. They want a progressive.
frick them. Scary this shite is permeating a traditionally conservative university in the Deep South. The future is bleak for our republic

Anyone check in on our old friend Clarke Perkins for her report?

Did he not twice vote against the Martin Luther King holiday in Louisiana? Did he not speak at a white supremacist rally? Did he not speak at an anti-gay forum?
Link?

Sad. Devlin has to be behind this.

They'd dig and find anything vaguely "controversial" to run off anyone they disagree with.

It’s as good a time as any for another fabricated hate crime

I bet they'd be good with a socialist or communist.
A socialist or commie would be mainstream in the world of law, no controversy there.

Freedom of speech doesn't give you rights to an audience. I know some here are being critical of these students stance, but how many here openly seek to engage with liberals or even moderates on issues that we all face? I for one don't openly seek out any information because politics just don't affect my day to day life that way. I know this is a bit different being that this gentleman is an invited guess, but some people feel strongly and stand in opposition of his position. Ironically, this would be an opportunity to openly hear his position and then make a judgement. In the glory age of technology that we live in today, a true purpose of sharing information and connecting people has been abducted, like many other things that started off with good intentions, by those that want to hi-jack conversations with their own bias rhetoric to achieve an unintended/intended goal of divisiveness. Conversations with the potential to bring understanding have now become nothing more than exchanges of repulsive insults, slander and degrading remarks. The true middle ground has to take back control

Oh ffs. These kids are just being idiots. I'm glad this crap wasn't happening 10 years ago when I was there. These fragile idiots won't do well in the real world.
