Exactly. That isn't how people speak. It's not both, it's one or the other.
I also haven't hear someone say "go back to Africa" in years.
This reminds me of the quote the basically says the best way to catch a liar is to notice when they start saying more than necessary. This is one of those incidents.

My assumption is that this brand new complex has security footage throughout. Should be easy to see who did the writing.

It'll be like everytime someone is cleared of rape. I can think of three white high school and college students in BR that were accused of rape and had it widely publicized over the last year. Within months they all had their charges dropped and not a peep was heard when that happened.
