That’s the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard. So we shouldn’t send people to prison, we should just let them conform with the rest of society.

This kid is not going to be enrolled at LSU in the fall. His father is a doctor and they’re not interested in a lawsuit, they just want this entire situation to disappear. We’ve all done/said stupid stuff and I can’t imagine what it’s like to have one of the worst moments of your life recorded and going viral

This is literally happening as we speak. Yet you want to possibly ruin a teenagers life because of something he said? Something he said that is 100% legally protected no less. It’s content, while certainly racist, is not illegal. Taking action against him would be illegal. If the student code of conduct has anything in it, pertaining to this, in conflict with the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or previous case law, it will not stand as a defense to violate the kids rights.

One issue I have, is how freely many black people throw the word around.
I make a nice pass on the basketball court and I get a "good look n++++" despite being white.
